Does Watson's offer free shipping?
Yes we do! Free standard shipping applies to orders with a total value (before taxes) of $55 USD/$75 CAD and over.
Free shipping is available for Standard shipping method only.
What is the delivery time?
Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Note: Orders are processed within 24-hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto-Rico, Yukon, Nunavut and the northwest territories).
Please note we only accept U.S. and Canadian credit cards.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is always our priority and we would like to ensure that you have the best experience while shopping at mywatsons.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a defective item, you have 30 days to return your package from the date you received it.
For Health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear. However if something isn’t right, please contact our Customer Care service. Upon authorization, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags & labels attached and original packaging.
Are shipping fees refundable?
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item?

You must log into your account or you can check the confirmation email received from Watson's, which has a link that directs you to track your order within your account page.
Can I make changes to my order?
In order to provide fast shipping, orders are automatically processed. However, you may contact our Customer Care service 1 (800) 665-0589 ext. 214 to see if it would be possible to make a modification to your order.
12 hours after your order is placed, no changes or cancellation are possible.
My tracking says delivered but I don't see my order
Please allow up to 3 business days from your order's delivery date before contacting us to investigate. You may also contact the shipping carrier to investigate further.
