Return policy

Your satisfaction is always our priority and we would like to ensure that you have the best experience while shopping at mywatsons.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a defective item, you have 30 days to return your package from the date you received it. You choose the carrier of your choice for returns. Freight charges are a customer expense and are non-refundable.

All returned items must have the original tags and packaging, be unworn, be unwashed, and be free of cologne, dirt and deodorant. Items that do not meet the highest standards of health and hygiene will not eligible for credit and will be returned to sender.

We can only process returns for items purchased directly from mywatsons.com. If you purchased our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

refund policy

Refunds will only be made in the manner in which payment was made. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and to the extent that the requirements of the Return Policy are met, the amount corresponding to the return with the exception of shipping fees will be credited to your credit card.

Should you refuse the product(s) upon delivery; the shipping charges will be automatically charged to your account. We will refund shipping charges only if we inadvertently shipped the wrong item; otherwise shipping charges are at the customer’s expense, therefore non-refundable. Returns can only be sent to our distribution center. We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. For merchandise purchased on sale, or with a coupon code, or during an online promotion, the amount credited will correspond to the amount paid at the time of the order.
